Focuses on a broad range of legal and industry issues that arise in the context of public and private construction projects. Through luncheon seminars and its newsletter, the Section aims to keep its members abreast of new developments and trends in construction law. The Section actively encourages its members to participate in pro bono projects which involve construction issues.

Construction Law Section

The Section publishes a handbook titled "Texas Lien and Bond Claims Handbook" that is available for purchase. The Handbook is in its Fifth Edition. All five editions have been authored by Steven E. Kennedy, of McGuire, Craddock & Strother, P.C. and Fred Wilshusen, of Thomas, Feldman & Wilshusen, LLP who generously gave of their time and effort to ensure this information would be available to the Bar. The cost is $150.00 plus shipping charges. Lien Law forms on diskette are included.
